  • No hidden fees or recurring charges

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment:

  • You receive full ownership of the custom bot's source code
  • You may modify and distribute the code as you see fit
  • We retain the right to use similar code patterns in other projects

5. Service Usage

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or harmful code

6. Support and Maintenance

Our one-month support period includes:

  • Bug fixes and performance improvements
  • Technical support via email
  • Minor feature adjustments

Additional support beyond the initial month may be purchased separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain high-quality services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of our services.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase and before receiving the final bot code. After receiving the bot code, refunds are provided at our discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
